First I would like to note excellent costumer service and prompt communication of the seller. They really went above my expectations when I reached out to them. Now as for my opinion on the product itself, I found this heating pad to have such a pleasant feel to it. It’s very soft and nice to run hands over. The size is really great for covering a large area of the body. It is effective in retaining body warmth in cold weather and helps ease pain. I, as a personal preference, plan not to wash it by submerging it in water and instead plan to use a foam upholstery cleaner.

This works well ... looks so nice, modern not like old-fashioned heat pads. Turns off automatically. Attractive color, even heat.

I use this heating pad daily at night . Review is based on my personal need. I have used thermophore for decades . Shipping was 3 weeks out to replace my current heating so I decided to try this brand .Pros.. stays hot for 1 or 2 hours per programming. Can use king pillowcase as cover.Cons.. lightweight ( prefer heavier weight) control light very bright in dark bedroom. Both can be worked around considering the cost.I’m very pleased with cost & heat generated. Easy to travel with. Very large & lightweight! If this can last half the time of my thermophores I’ll be back.

This is well made and is really large. My only recommendation would be add 6 inches to the cord length.

This heating pad is an extra large pad and really comforts my back and hips at the same time. Easy to wash and air dry. Controls are easy to use.

I've had this exactly one hour and I'm in love! This is soft and malleable. It molds to my form and is large enough to cover my entire back. I need that as I broke my back in 4 places a few years ago and have spasms and pain continually now. According to the instructions, this should be easy to wash and it won't get cracks in it that dig into me skin as it has no plastic covering on it. Just super soft and plush fabric and wonderful heat. Plus 6 settings! Most pads only have 3 or 4. This is a great deal!

Gets hot very fast, I've used it almost everyday for a month and I love it so far
