We use these at my pilates club and they are amazing. This ad does not include a spine fitter though, just a bag or something for it which I had to send back. The actual spinefitter is quite expensive but I will consider getting one depending on how my classes go, because we rarely break it out.I have a lot of back problems related to car accidents including several rear-endings and this thing really feels great when we use it.

I ordered this add-on along with the spinefitter because I use heating pads all the time to relieve my chronic muscle tightness, and I figured it would help the foam points go deeper. I'm actually really glad I got it not just for the spinefitter but because I realized you can just use it on its own as a heating pad wrapped around your shoulders or legs. You can actually literally velcro it to yourself lol. I also like draping it around my neck. The linseed oil beads inside it make it feel kinda heavy like a weighted blanket, which I find very soothing. And I like that linseed is a natural material, because I feel weird putting those synthetic bead things in my microwave. I feel like it doesn't get suuuuper hot, but it retains heat well (and maybe I'm just afraid to microwave it too much). I haven't tried freezing it because I don't really do cold therapy, but it seems like it would hold the cold forever. I'm glad I added this on, at first I was annoyed they didn't sell it in a bundle, but even tho this thing is designed explicitly for the spinefitter I would actually even recommend this as a separate purchase for anyone looking for a unique, adaptable heat therapy device.

Made my spine fitter even better with this add on. So nice to heat this up and relax! Definitely a must if you own the Spinefitter.
