TOTO CT426CFGT40#01 Toilets and Bidets, Cotton White

I purchased this toilet despite all the reviews which imagined the cleanability of the toilet surface from waste stains. The toilet has an aggressive flush and it very quiet. I have to say that claims of staining were completely false, at least for the first dozen uses...after that surface becomes sticky and catches stuff. Using acidic based toilet bowl cleaners only seem to make it worse....but don't despair you can buy products that improve the resistance to organic stains (e.g. spotLESS).I know there are some that will shy away from toilet bowl maintenance, but I have had many toilets I'm my homes over the years and they all have suffered from staining to some degree. This one is no different, but the low volume water reservoir in the bottom of the bowl does give things more chance to stick on non-wetted surfaces....you can always do a pre-flush but it doesn't guarantee a streak free finish when u are done.

T40 in the item# indicates a hole for a washlet in the top left corner of the toilet. Nowhere is it shown in the pictures or the description. I don't have a washlet and I don't want a hole in my toilet. I had to return four of these. Return postage cost me $465.68.And the refund was only $141.60 for a toilet that cost me $403.92. WHAT A SCAM.
