So I take this in warm water and lets just say WOW!! the Flavor is something to get use to (FISHY !!!! ) how ever the results are everything. If it taste bad then it must be good for you. That's what They Say.

I received this product after learning about it from some friends. I'm always looking for something natural to help me as I am getting older. At first I was confused because the instructions said use 2 scoops, but I didn't know what size the scoop should be. After contacting my friend, she told me there is a scoop in there (I couldn't see it when I looked in the bag) Sure enough, there is a tiny little scoop in there so now I do my 2 scoops a day in my coffee. No taste in my coffee, and I do believe I am feeling a bit more energy. I would suggest to the company that somewhere on the packaging they say "scoop included". Save a person from going to the internet and trying to convert 225 mg (suggested use as supplement) to teaspoons like I was trying to do.

Unfortunately, product doesn't completely dissolve in my tea.

Someone recommended sea moss and I decided to start with the powder and it did not disappoint. I had more energy and felt great taking it. I took a spoonful in the morning with my celery powder and dash of lemon. It tastes like vegetable soup. I'm very happy with it. If you don't like salty taste then you may want to opt for the pills.

Do not buy this product! It will not break down at all- like chunks in water. Plus, it STINKS like an untreated vaginal infection. The taste is even worse. I looked up how expired/spoiled sea moss is & tastes like, it is exactly like this one. Wouldn’t even give it a star if I could.

It came neatly packed with no leaks or tears

I will not repurchase, I have tried so many things to make sure this dissolves in my hot coffee, using a frothier, mix for a long time with fork, spoon, shake it and IT STAYS AS CLUMPS on top of coffee and when I wash my coffee cup, there it is, down the drain...NOT HAPPY. Do not recommend.
