I have diabetes. My doctor checked my blood and said that I needed more vitamin d3 about 2000 IU. So I got these. When I don’t eat them after a while then I get this fatigue feeling. Probably because im low on vitamin d3. They smell good, taste good, they look good, I enjoy eating them. If there were gummies that tasted like this, id probably eat buy them. I also love that they are halal. I hope they make more different types of vitamins that are halal.

My husband needs to take vitamin D for heart and bone health. 2 of these gummies provide 2000 IU. They have sugar and syrup in them, which isn't something I want but the gummies in different fruit flavors taste good to my husband so he takes them regularly. This is a perfect D supplement for kids - or anyone else who won't swallow a capsule but will eat something that tastes like candy!

These gummies have an excellent texture & flavor right at the first bite, in either peach, mango or strawberry. It's a nice change of pace from what some of these taste like.Some similar gummies I got from the pharmacy have a rubbery texture & no real flavor, but are supposed to be citrus. Others are more berry flavors. If you have a vitamin D deficiency like I do, you try to vary it up after a while, especially when some are bland.One downside to these is that they do contain sugar, but sugar free vitamin D gummies are available from other companies.However, if sugar isn't an issue, go ahead and get these as they are some of the nicer ones I've tried.The supplement facts say to have two gummies, but just one gives you 125% of your daily value.Now if you have a deficiency like me, then you need more than the usual daily value, but space them out to get the best effect. One nice part is that because they're a candy, you can enjoy them more than if you take a pill or capsule.Naturally, one of the better perks here is that the gummies are certified halal, since many gelatin products contain pork byproducts. For those who have issues around consuming pork, this and vegan gummy vitamins are perfect. The makers also assure the consumer that they don't contain any alcohol, which I didn't realize was an issue, but there you go. (Considering there are trace amounts of it in cola, I guess anything is possible.)

It is made without gluten, dairy, soy, egg, and artificial flavors. It was incredibly easy to just take two gummies each morning to make a difference to so many parts of my body. The product I received has a best by date of 22 months from the date I received it. I'm noticing improvements after taking the gummies regularly for several weeks now. I hope to continue on this path to keeping myself healthy.

I have perpetually low vitamin D levels and have to always take supplements so I've tried a fair amount of different ones. First, I love that these are halal, with no gelatin products these are appropriate for Muslims, Jews, and vegans alike. My preferred type of vitamins is gummies, I find them easier and more pleasant to take and they often give me fewer stomach issues. These particular ones have a sweet non-distinct fruity/berry flavor. I wouldn't be able to name the flavor specifically but they are pleasantly sweet as opposed to being sickeningly sweet. They are a little softer than most gummy vitamins I've tried and to be honest they feel just slightly stickier. The only complaint I have is that they don't have a higher D3 concentration since 2000 IU is kind of low for me.
