Q: Does this make single cup coffee? And does it store the beans? Or does it grind everything?

Stores a good amount, does a min of 2 cups feature (which is about one mid-large size cup of coffee), does not grind everything. The issue is if you break carafe or filter is torn, you must order from the UK and shipping for any single item is about £15+ British pounds and takes forever to arrive. I bought a Mr Coffee carafe to substitute the original that I broke. Had to ordered 2 filters and I paid about $50 for them due to shipping.

When you use the app to brew coffee, it will grind beans if that is what is set on the machine...The brew setting starts with a grind (or not, if you have the machine set to use ground beans by default), and then brews from there.

Q: When the coffee is ready and when it comes to alexa, can alexa provide any notification by voice about "coffee ready" via echo devices?

I don't know, but the app of coffee maker can to!
