This is not 8Kg. This is 118g
May work fine, but the packaging is a misrepresentation. Thought I was getting a bargain 8kg, but it's a con.Don't but this it's a con, there are plenty other cheaper and more transparent turbo yeasts out there.

Excellent, reliable
Used this to brew ginger beer. Excellent, strong results.Quite how anyone finds the brand name misleading is beyond me!

Ok for the price but not the greatest yeast in the price range.

It works
Easy to use and used for wine that stopped fermenting. Now still bubbling away and getting close to finish.
