Rating the policy, not the product as I have not used it.Totally disappointing that I can’t return. Never opened. Size is way much smaller than I understood. If the product hasn’t been opened, why can’t it be returned?

Description doesn't match actual product label
This oil tastes great, and the description states cold-pressed and organic. But the actual container does not state either of these anywhere on the labels. I called the distributor and the girl told me that it is definitely not cold-pressed. I hope Amazon will follow up and check the validity of the description.
