Definitely recommend this if you have trouble sleeping. There wasn't much cream in the tube so I wouldn't buy this one with the cream again.It's quite pricey for the sizes you receive, they really should reduce the price a bit or make the bottles of the roll on and spray bigger so you have better value for money.
