Tool-less
Works great with no punch-down tool required! Color-coded wire slots make it easy to configure as A or B connector. I used these to terminate the ethernet lines in my house.

Awful
Wanna be frustrated? Try installing this thing. No instructions, and wiring it is VERY tedious. Wire it up and hope the wires don't fall out.

It works as expected.
I used this to terminate an end of a CAT6 run I did in my house. It is truly tool less and I have not experienced any issues with it so far.

No connectivity after attempting to reset a few times
So I gave this product quite a few tries before committing to writing a review of me struggling to operate and function check. Not sure if I received everything but the item was in a bag with the locking mechanism and the connection part/jack without named packaging. Struggled to place the wires which was to be expected but locking the mechanism and using my tester for connectivity for no connection on any pins was very frustrating. I attempted to removed and rest the wires twice which still have all 8 wires fail with open connection. I inspected the wires and verified that they were never pierced to connect. I have now moved on to a different keystone style cat 6 wall jack and hope to inform any future purchasers that cabling type/brand probably matters on the success of this jack. I’d recommend if you’re using a lightly shielded cable that your success will be greater, I ran a thicker style cable which may be my main issue. Best of luck for those who purchases this item and be mindful of your cables thickness!

A little flimsy, but they're not too hard to install and they work. They fit perfectly in my Leviton QuickPort faceplates.

Does not cut through wire coating
I inserted the wires into the proper slot--which is very difficult after threading it through the ring--and pushed it all the way closed (and some more). Most of the pins did not connect with the wires. I opened it up and it seems half of them didn't even break all the way through the coating. The only way it could work is if I stripped the covers off anyway, which entirely defeats the purpose of a "toolless keystone".
