Just add water and they grow, place in the freezer and you have an instant ice pack for shipping something small. These are the perfect size for what I wanted. They. take up very little space before water is added, less than the size of a small envelope.

They do melt fast but with extra insulation they are great to put in customers orders to prevent body butters from melting.

These are great because they don't take up space until you need them and they freeze rather quickly. They expanded so much I thought they might burst, however, they did not. As far as how long they last compared to ice, I can't say.

I didnt know what I was missing for long road trips and now I do....dry ice for our picnics, beach excursions and long trips to other states for sports. This is a must have. So easy to use. Wet it and freeze for about 7 hours and its ready to use.

These work as intended, but it just doesn't work for too long before they melt & need freezing again.

I was looking for cost effective disposable ice packs for food (vs injury) and came across these. I use a couple to keep my son’s paper bag food cold and then he can just throw them out. I didn’t realize you have to soak them first and then freeze. They’re very convenient.

I thought I was actually getting dry ice packs, but these are tiny 3 x 3“ packages with pellets that you have to soak and freeze so it is not dry ice.
