I have terrible anxiety and work horrible schedules where I’m on for three days and off for four days, on four days off for three days and up and down overnights and day schedules and it’s super difficult to fall asleep but when I use this product and all it’s calming smells and hint of melatonin, I can sleep easily fast and for hours. I would totally recommend this for anyone who has trouble falling asleep. Was a true life changer!!

I actually wear this as a light body spray, which people have said smells WONDERFUL, because it is light and soft at the same time. If I want a little extra at night, I spray before going to bed.

I bought this for my son and now use it for him and myself. The smell is so calming and I find that it puts you in a relaxing mood to then get good sleep. No lore tossing and turning at bed time. Size is perfect and we use it almost every night.

These are a go to gift of mine and a necessary staple in my house! I can spray this on myself or my bedding and it really helps me relax/sleep! Everytime I gift this they have told me it has been such a great sleep spray

The spray smells great, but the spray pump on the bottle does not pop back up, so I have to pull it up manually every time

I dont know that they really do anything or if its a placebo effect but our family has enjoyed them over the last few months. I am considering purchasing them again.

This product is very pleasing and calming scent. not overpowering like some orders. Both my Mom and my sister loves the scent so much that i had to re-order for them everytime its run out. Will be back for more.

For me personally, the smell was great and it did help! But it did make my face break out when on my pillow case. However, if you don’t have sensitive skin or love the smell of lavender, this is great. It did help create a sleepy ambiance because I worked overnight so to fall asleep during the day took some adjusting.
