Yes indeed. The Velpeau brand neck brace sleeve came in a small box. The box will be marked as S, M or L. The sleeve I purchased for my wife is small (the box was marked S). The small sleeve covers my wife's cervical collar perfectly. Hope this helps.

Q: Will this stretch to fit the medium 4” (special collar)?

It's been a while since I purchased it, it was hard to get on a narrow collar. I usually get a 2 1/2" collar because I've had discs removed and no neck :)
