Been using these product for years. Great results.

Thid product works, but you need to dial it in for your needs. Taking one per day keeps me regular and if I need to do some spring cleaning, I take three or four. Drink plenty of water when you take them. The new formula does not work at all. I'm glad they brought the original formula back.

Good for getting things moving, and cleaning the system out. Heard that by the time you get to be about 45 you could have as much as 10 pounds of undigested red meat in your colon. First time I used this taking recommended dosage for 2-3 days on the third day it was a bolt for the bathroom. And I think that report was probably pretty close to accurate..... if it's your first time by day 3 don't wander too far off.....and for a 'maintenance' thing- just needing a little help if constipated- just one or two does the trick. Totally recommend.

I like the fact that HealthPlus still sells this original colon cleanser formula. I bought it originally a few years back and decided to keep using this cleanser every few months or so. The results I get are good overall. The only thing I dislike a little bit is that when I take 4 pills at a time I get a slight light-headedness and a little upset stomach. Symptoms do go away after an hour or so but it is part of the cleansing process I suppose. Keep supplying the original formula through Amazon in the future. I will continue to be a regular customer. Most drug stores have stopped selling this particular brand so you can only purchase it online as far as I can tell.
