I like the fact that they are available in capsule form, and they don't cause any problems.

I’ve tried many diet pills that are on the market, some work initially and then just stop, where others just don’t work at all. I have been taking this product for almost a month. It has given me the benefits I was looking for... all that Chia has to offer. My noticable change is the energy during the day and also I have lost a little weight , mostly at this point even when I've had bad days of eating (not often) i maintain at this point. So with anything the benefits get better the longer you're taking them so I would purchase again.

Just received this product today..so very disappointed...all the capsules melted together... busted open like it had been left out in the sun are need heat for a very long time no good can't take it have to throw it away..I want order this again from company.They want let me leave NO STARS on this...didn't want to rate this but had to put a star on it to get it posted
