ParissaHot (hard) Wax Refill Pods For Short and Coarse Hairs

I love this wax. I started doing my own waxes after issues with going to a professional salon. For $75 a month (brazillian and cheeks), i was pretty disappointed to not get consistently great results. They were also damaging my skin by moving so fast. This wax removes my dark, thick, deeply rooted hair with no issue. It even removes a good amount of the short hairs. I do heat the wax up to at least 171 degrees. It is very stringy but i am jot a professional so that could be user error. To help with this i mix it with a little bit of a different wax. It still works wonderfully.

I use this product for lip waxing and it’s excellent. I only wish the aluminum tins were available for purchase as well. Very convenient stove top use.

So happy I found those. I travel a lot and it's very convenient to carry in your luggage. Perfect for the upper lip. It lasts for a long time and price is very competitive.

I like that these are available, because I felt wasteful going through Parissa's obviously reusable, metal wax holders, without being able to reuse/refill them. And these refill pods do work fine.I bought them directly from Amazon, not a 3rd party seller, and the pods all arrived intact inside of their original box. Though, I could see that very rough handling could break the pods during shipping. I noticed that some other reviewers did get them in a smashed up state. However, I think that's true with most products that get shipped.

Good product but arrived in pieces. Makes melting easier but hard to tell how much to add each time.

An excellent product. I have been using for years. Tried other hair removal products. Other products do not work as well

You need about three disks to refill one small metal pen (e. g. for upper lip kit) but it’s still a good savings!

I don’t understand the reviews that say that they come in broken. It’s hard wax. I kist put the pieces in the copper pot and they melt.This so much more economical than debuting a new one every single time. I use it for upper lip and eyebrows. Don’t need strips. I put baby powder on first. Put it on thick. Hardens fast. And pull off.

I have bought other waxes to try and this wax by far is the best. It catches all the fine short hairs and it doesn't hurt. It doesn't take long to melt; it's a beautiful product, especially for my sensitive skin! I need to buy another one already.

I like how "eco friendly" and sustainable this is. There are no strips to throw out after every use. I am reusing a container from a previous kit as well. The 24 puck per package is also a lot of product at this price, considering the cost of other options from the brand. I think this one package will last me the whole year (of not longer). I heat 2 pucks at a time, but haven't use all of it in one session. Like many other reviews, it requires practice.... can be painful in the beginning, but gets easier. Currently, I am not able to use on fine hair....might be due to practice.

Much more cost effective and less wasteful than purchasing the single wax kit with the metal pot every time.
