Better than I ever expected!
I have never been interested in keeping a journal. After a family crisis i started seeing a therapist and she suggested it. I tried using a blank notebook and struggled with what to write so I looked for an alternative and found this journal. I like planning out my dat in the .morning and reflecting in the evening. The guided prompts and questions make it easy to fill out and I find I am reflecting a lot on my past and using it to help guide my day to day. It's not always easy to carve out the time, but that made me realize how little time I gave to myself for my self care. It's a foreign concept to put myself first but I am happier and feel more balanced.

Great quality
I love this journal so far. It has great questions and helps motivate me and reflect. My only suggestion is to make the font a little larger. The examples provided are so tiny I can barely read it. Other than that I am pleased so far and glad I purchased it.

Excellent idea, I have one similar to this and its almost finished, so I thought I would try this one. Good way to star and end the day by reflecting on feelings and events.

Looking forward to starting this daily planner. I like the layout. The question prompts are very good. It's quite detailed. Seems like it'll take a little bit to get going but it'll be easy to spend a little time each day morning and evening filling it in. I thought it would be a little larger for the price. Love the soothing blue color.

Well Designed For Self Care and Mental Care
My daughter and I decided to start journaling for self care, as we felt that if we both did it, we would stick with it. I picked this journal and she chose another. After watching some You Tube videos on how others used it, it all made so much sense to me. I look forward to my AM journaling and PM journaling time. It doesn't take a lot of time, but for the few mintues it does take, I look forward to the "me" reflecting time and planning out my day. It also forces me to look inward and make concious positive choices regarding my thinking, rather than jumping to my usual pessimestic thinking, which I am trying to change. Rome wasn't built in a day and my bad habits won't change overnight, but I think this will definitely help me learn to change my thinking and outlook. This is a three-month journal. I started it October 1st, so by the end of the year, my hope is to change my thinking enough to help lessen the extra stress I am putting on myself, as stress is starting to affect my health. If it helps, I will continue to buy a new journal every three months as it will be WELL worth it!! Keep in mind, it will only work if you do!!!!!
