1) The delivery was on time.2) Packaging was ok.3) Wood quality is good, it's the same quality which you get with Big brands like Woodennstreet, etc.4) There is a single sheet of Ply which is of MR quality which is again ok considering the pricing.5) It took me 1 hr to unpack and assemble it with the help of my father.6) They just provide wooden sofa along with a mattress and also a tool kit.They do not provide side pillows, etc as shown in the images. But they have clearly mentioned it in the description.7) Mattress & its cover quality is average. This could have been better in my openion. But still it's because of the low cost.8) It would have been great if they had provided rubber feet grip also. But still you can get this in from ikea at ₹50.9) They provide a seperate page with their (seller) contact information. I had to call them on SUNDAY for the installation. They were very kind to guide me with its assembly.Overall it's a value for money wooden sofa.

Except sharp handrest corners, the whole fiwan sofa is superb with strong and solid wood capable of 70kg x 3 = 210 kg weight people. I would suggest makers to make handrest little rounded corners. 👍

Very reasonable and good finishing product

Very poor quality, half inch plank, broken while assembling itself and assembling charges Rs.550/- paid. Returned at the time of assembling itself. Need refund of billed amount and assembling charges paid Rs.550.00.
