Wow this is an amazing buy. Love the back support, the material. The velcro is perfect, the size too. 100% recommend for people with lower back pains like me.There was so many options to choose on Amazon, but so glad I picked this one.

Outstanding support
Tried several back braces before this one, never to be used again. This brace is a blessing, stabilizing my back & easing the pain from a compression fracture at T12. Great features - love the metal insert & spines in back and the 2 layers of Velcro-fastened wraps with stretchable straps in top layer. Relief!

Not laundry friendly, but supports back well
Still use this. It's hard to wash in the washer. Straps get stuck to something. Two bands have come apart so they're tied off to keep it together. Holds sweat so needs to be washed.

Great for support and easy for everyday use
Great lumbar support and I love that it has removable back supports, adjustable and so comfortable. You won’t regret buying this product.

Instant back relief!Helped instantly with my posture too since my problems stem from my lower back issues.I have been a dancer since my teens, am an actor, have chronic pain, had 3 epidurals, and car wrecks.Back pain is a daily part of my life.Nothing except pain killers (which I avoid) has ever helped this much.I was skeptical, but get it, you won’t regret it.Removable boning and support too!

Substantially Less Expensive but Just as Effective as the Doctor's Version
My better half has been wearing support belts for sciatica for I don't know how long and she has been getting her belts from the doctor's office - at a horribly inflated price.Even after insurance she was paying nearly $100 for a brace that's inferior to this $30 version.At least this one comes with quality velcro and side supports that can alternate between ABS or metal - all her others did not.Sizing seems spot on as she wavers between a medium and large and the large fits her perfectly.Better grab them before the price goes up!
