Real Salt still has all of the natural trace minerals in it which are red and dark giving it the pink color.

Q: What are the dark colored stuff among the pinkish crystals? It tastes like salt but don’t dissolve in water and Not feels like crystal. Is it edible?

I have not had any problem with what you mention above. This is REAL salt mined here in America. It comes directly from a salt bed in Utah. There will be variance in the color/texture but that doesn't make it inedible. The course salt is meant to be put through a grinder.
