super comfortable support
These arch supports work great. I have swelling sometimes in my feet and this support can be placed over the pad of my feet and toes and helps take off the pressure. works great.

Good support
I damaged my foot a few yrs back by dropping a piece of firewood on a bare foot. These little copper supports keep the tendon under my foot more comfortable and stable. Size is good.

Comfortable support, easy to slip on
The support on my feet feels good - I have arthritis in my feet. These help support in a discreet way. However, the namebrand is emblazoned upon the top of the "sock" - so wearing them with a sandal or open shoe shows the name. This is unnecessary. I don't want to be a walking advertizement of the product. I like the feel and support but don't appreciate the look of it because of the brand so easily seen.

Not the best for severe flat feet
I got these for my husband who has flat feet to the point where he has broken a bone in his foot just from walking. He has to use inserts and other arch supports. I was hoping that he could use these while around the house and while wearing sandals, when he cannot use his inserts or other supports. He was able to wear them and said that they did give some additional support to the tendons in his feet and held them in a more supportive position, but that it did not have an impact on keeping the arch up and supported fully and therefore did not help with pain relief much. There was some pain management provided but not a sufficient amount with use. My husband also reported that these seem more appropriate for short term use as when he wore them for more than 2 hours, his feet would start to tingle, like there was too much compression to his feet without it cutting off the circulation. He did fall asleep once with them on and reported the same tingling feeling when waking up and removing them. I had him wear them consistently for about 3 weeks before writing a review as I wanted an accurate picture of the effectiveness. I think they do give some support and relief, but not enough to justify a purchase and not where I think they help someone with flat feet in the ways that are needed.

Wow! These are the BOMB. Don't listen to the whining brigade!
Really bad plantar fasciitis -- spent the past two days cutting to size and trying out various insoles in various shoes. I slipped these on as soon as they arrived and I'm very impressed! I got the padded one and I love that there is a pad to help the arch stay up, you just have to put them on right which would be wet your foot and get a footprint on a brown paper bag to see where your arches are and how high they are so you don't put the padding on the part of your midfoot that touches the floor -- keep it to the arch area.I got the regular size and my feet are women's size 8 average width and they seem plenty tight. If you are a man or blessed with ample foot you might want the larger size.I can't believe all the complaints! These are twelve dollars and people are going on and on about how they won't last but a few months. It's laughable!! What else do you buy for twelve bucks that lasts forever? The fabric has to be stretchy and if you're wearing them in shoes the shoes are going to wear them out too! There are plenty of fifty dollar insoles out there which will not last more than a couple of months tops and most of them will have the arch in the wrong place for your foot just to make things worse! These you can put in the proper place for your own arch and not press on the spot where the heel connects to the fascia.I appreciate how thrifty people are but if you've got problems with your feet most people would pay *whatever* for relief. I would have paid 30 bucks for these and not batted an eye. Again in order to be accommodating they have to have a certain amount of give and perhaps you need the larger size if the really sturdy *seams* are busting open. I just bought cotton tape and the liner to try to wrap my arches myself and guess what it was over $12 and I'll never get it right.Let's try to appreciate the few decent products left in this world and think before we get all our photographic *evidence* together and post it trying to destroy a business. This is a good product. May not solve all your problems but it's certainly worth a try. I honestly don't see how the manufacturer can make and pack and ship these for the very low price! And they gotta cut Amazon in on it too! And they were delivered to my home for free! I'm buying another pair right now.

YOU WANT HAPPY FEET?
Get these. My husband has a super high arch and hammer toes. He wears these during his work day and his feet stay happy and the arch is supported taking the stress off the toes.I will buy these again and again - but the quality is so good I don’t think I’ll have to. I hand wash in Dawn. Air dry over night
