Great for tent corner weights

Just as you would expect BUT .
In my photo you can see these wrapped around the legs of our grill canopy.. We filled them with sand and they will certainly help hold it down in the high winds we get here near the Gulf of Mexico. However THE VELCRO STRAPS JUST BARELY FIT AROUND THE POLES HOLDING UP THE CANOPY WHICH WERE SQUARE POLES.. THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE THEM LONGER!! And a high wind. I'm afraid they will not hold. We are going to have to buy a roll of velcro and wrap one piece tightly around the center of each weight.

Like the shape, well made
Used for canopy weights. Easy to carry and attach. I like the slim profile for packing and storing, and the top handle strap works great for carrying. Filled with pea gravel easily enough. I’m not strong, so I laid the bag of gravel on the trunk of my SUV and cut a corner to let the gravel drain into each bag, which I placed inside a bucket to catch overflow. Once the bags are about 1/4 full, they will stand up easily to fill the rest of the way. Three bags of pea gravel filled 8 of these weight bags with a small amount left over. It’s easy to move the top handle strap out of the way for filling. Don’t overfill, or the Velcro closure won’t hold well.

Work great, but don't last long
We filled these with sand. My boyfriend had to lift them because they were too heavy for me (great, they'll hold our canopies in place!). The stitching started coming undone and 2 buckles broke.They held up great for our first event where we got rained out, but mold started to grow on the bags. The second time we used them, the fabric of the bag itself started ripping. We bought 2 sets and used them twice. Now we have to find something new because these just won't hold up. So disappointed because they were a great price and did hold the canopy in place.
