Helped me to reduce very high cholesterol which I took 100ml twice a day for 3 months and now upped to 200ml twice daily among other supplements taken. I had to take this condition seriously as I was nearing heart attack.I didn't want to take cholesterol reducing medication without trying natural supplement. Very good. Better if you take it with fats and oils like Omega 3. About 90% of CoQ10 once you absorb in your body is converted to ubiquinol. So, if you take ubiquinol, you are actually may be getting a higher boost kind of from than If you take the same quantity of CoQ10

Complete garbage, you can see by the added label this is Ubiquinone, although it is somewhat obfuscated by the convenient abbreviation. Probable some minimum legal requirement, right ? Just terrible. I contacted Amazon and received a full refund then promptly threw the bottle out.

Such a great product by Natural Factors. We have been taking this and do notice general health improvements.It’s not easy to quantify exactly what improves, but I definitely attribute better cardiovascular health and faster sports recoveries to this!!Recommend a try and see how you feel!

So happy with this product that I bought some for my mom. Getting oxygen throughout the body is key to aging well. And our bodies apparently decrease production of this as we age. Wish I had known about this while my father was still alive...i believe it would have helped him
