All good for rehydration

My granddaughter introduced me to Liquid-IV due to fatigue (which last for days post treatment) from infusion of a Biological medication.This product has helped me function on a more normal level. I am thankful daily for this product. I use only the lemon citrus flavor.This is a great product. No side-effects!

Funny story. I had a blood test and it came back I was dehydrated. Do my Dr recommended this.So I took this with me to Glastonbury and it’s all I drank the entire time. I love the taste it was so effective when I got home the doctor laughed when he got m new results “ well you are definitely hydrated now!” 😂I was so full of energy that I walked 35-49,000 steps a day while there. Felt great so apparently it’s very effective 🤗🤗🤗

I've been doing mascot work on the side since 2016, and switched over to LiquidIV from Gatorade (not sponsored, haha), based on how much more hydrated and better overall I feel when I'm performing in costume. I also workshop and train people to be mascot performers, and always recommend this in my classes! If it can keep the mascots hydrated in big fluffy costumes, I'm sure this is what you're looking for!Keep in mind, the flavor is GREAT, but don't be surprised when you get a bit of a salty taste (not overwhelming, but as an undertone). The sodium is GOOD because it replenishes the ATP in your muscles, preventing cramps (which is also helpful when performing). Sodium is an electrolyte, and is a good thing!

great product quickly delivered easy as pie

I took these to Aruba in case i got dehydrated and have never felt so replenished likeni did after one water bottle with the packets. So easy to use, the taste was probably the best part and of course helping my rally. I have suggested this product to all my friends and my family use also. As a football official i have suggested it to many other officials, coaches and players and their experience with the product are as good as mine. CHEERS AND THANK YOU

The description says 28 count but I received 16 count showed in the picture. Returning isn’t an option. So I paid more for less product when I could have bought it somewhere else where a 16 count isn’t $33. I don’t recommend buying due to being over priced and false advertising.

I do like this product, however, Ad says you're getting 28 count , I got a pack of 16.
