Q: Do most people disassemble their rifle every couple years when grease expires? Or is this like other ac products with bogus DOE?

I have never disassembled any of my rifles just to reapply grease. I don't know anyone else that does. I can't find anything in the maintenance intervals in the M16 armorers manual that says to remove the barrel nut and reapply grease (though they do have you visually inspect the barrel nut). If properly applied, I see no reason to do it.

Q: Is this the same formula of grease as whats in the aeroshell 33ms grease that comes in little tins? is it just a name change from 33ms to 64?

Yes. The 33MS was renamed "64" because of too much confusion between it and the original 33.

Q: What is the production date on the tube, it would be good to know considering it's three year shelf life?

The Aeroshell 33MS lubrication is batch number 10242493204 dated 2 Nov 2010. I considered the shelf life also...but this product should have been discounted due to its production date. All considering, the product packaging is like new. I can work with it.
