The cleaner arrived very fast and looked high quality and robustUnfortunately for technical reasons it wasn’t suitable for use in my location (the UAE) however the vendor could not have been more helpful and prompt in assisting with the return and refundI would highly recommend Ozmen for good customer service and being a reputable supplier who really cares about the customer

Cost you more than you budged for.
Bought an default item. To send it back i must pay for the shipment back. This is so unfair. Never buy an expencive on amazone. It can cost you more than you budged for.
