I was looking for a support panty that would hold my belly in without pressing everything against my spine. This is wonderful! I had a c-section 30 years ago and couldn't find anything that was comfortable without putting too much pressure on the scar. This is perfect! No binding, no rolling if pulled up correctly. It fits the same as another brand i bought but I bought these for a cosplay last minute because the other ones would not come in time.For me, i bought it to compress my belly fupa and smooth out where the belly button area was because i was wearing skin tight clothing. The fupa was gone and i think the belly button issue was gone too but i ended up with a roll and it would slip down…This one gave me a weird shape. Compressed a lot on my waist and gave me a weird looking muffin top. Idk if sizing up would help.. it feels the exact same as the other one.There is conflicting info in the comments but for me, maybe sizing up would help but I doubt it. It fits the same but it does slide down unlike the other I have.

These panty/girdles are quite good - more elastane than many options and without the (unattractive) panels and seams that show up (and through!) many as well. They give a good, smooth appearance - bulges just disappear from sight, even with clingy clothes.These are comfortable, if a bit warm during our summer heat wave. The one downside I have discovered, since I am short waisted, is that the top band can be uncomfortable when it's up past the short ribs on my back. I just have to carefully adjust where the "waistband" will actually fall.In general the high waist is an advantage, though, because it does away with any "muffin top" problem. I've even worn these under snug jeans to test that out - it works!Overall, I'm happy with these, and i do recommend them. A word on sizing: I bought my size and it's plenty snug and effective. Sizing down for "extra effect" is not a good idea; it's like to result in a garment that's too small and really uncomfortable.

I wanted a panty that smooths out lumps and bumps on my rear end, to wear under thinner fabrics. These are so firm but stretchy, and they fit below my cheeks so there’s no panty line cut at the bottom of my rear. Much more comfortable than shapewear. High rise to hold down the fupa but not too high. Size is only a bit tighter than expected but not enough to go up from regular size. Get some I’m buying more.
