can the snaps on the end be used to attcah another ladder to make it longer?

No the snaps are used to store the ladder in a compact position, so it fits into the storing bag. The size between the rungs can be ajusted though, by sliding the rungs up or down along the ladder.

Unfortunately, it does not say on the product or anywhere on the description. If your are worried about the quality, don't be. I have been using it for over a month now and it is still very sturdy and in good quality.

I notice buttons in each rung. How easy to unravel and repackage? Better or worse than those that kinda just slide open and close? Thanks.

The buttons are to connect one ladder to another ( if you buy another) . To storage it and put back in the little back that comes with it is easy, you just need to fold it . But , prepare yourself to untangle it . It really happens easily.
