Nice cake pans
These are a good weight, not flimsy. They are deeper than my older cake pans. The cake rose up to a nice height and was easy to remove from the pan.

These pans are the best
I decided it was time to get better quality cookware. I love the color of the raw aluminum and it helps me keep track of how clean the pans are. Having a uniform and clean surface is important for consistency in the finished cook. The aluminum is very sturdy and works extremely well. The aluminum is perfect for my cooking style which allows for a little longer cook time at a lower, consistent heat. The only thing to be aware and cautious of is how easy they can scratch each other if slid into a stack. I just gently stack them rather than forcing metal to slide on metal. I find that the aluminum does an excellent job to create an easy surface to remove food from. The pans are thick enough to hold a consistent heat, which is extremely high quality for the money. Because it’s aluminum you don’t have to worry about rust. The size is perfect

Great Quality for a Great Price
I love all Nordic Ware products. They are well made and made in the US which is important to me. They are at a great price for the quality of the product. While they are not made to be used in the dishwasher, they are very easy to hand wash. My kitchen has several Nordic Ware products and it is where I go first when looking for baking pans or kitchen gadgets. Nordic Ware for the WIN!

great 8" baking pans work quite well
"lost" my cake pans in last years hurricane! They were rusted out to clean. I hadn't bought new cake pans in quite some time. I decided to buy some better ones this time around. These fit the bill. I love the size ( I got 8") easy to clean cakes bake up nice & proper. I look forward to more baking over the summer with my grands!
