These pans came highly recommended from a food blogger I follow. She was right! The height and depth is perfect for sandwich bread that needs to rise. They also work for banana bread or other dense breads. They cook consistently, clean up easily and look great. They are also not heavy, but feel sturdy. I use flour and oil to help with the bread stickiness, making it very easy to release the bread.

GREAT quality and love that it’s made in USA! Don’t have to grease the pan, my bread just fell out, hot out of the oven. Perfect size for small sandwich loaf of bread now that I’m milling my own flour and baking delicious bread!

Neither of these issues stand out with the pans I received. If you remember the aluminum pans your mom or grandmother used, these are much like them.The heat distribution is even, and the loaves I've made have turned out perfectly every time.A 2 loaf recipe will usually convert to 4 of these mini loaf pans.They've been a great addition to my bakeware and I feel they're a great value and a much better option than disposable! I wrap my mini loaves in paper lunch bags and secure with some funky scrapbook paper and twine. Everyone loves them!

Great, durable, and even heat. Gets the job done. I use them for bread with a little spray and the bread comes right out perfectly. I will say that the interior corners of the pan are a bit rounded for my liking but that is a matter of shape not flavor.

Really nice pans but don’t put it the dishwasher! The coating comes off. It clearly says not recommended for dishwasher; I simply forgot and now I’m ordering 4 more.

I have used this pan for a while now and it still works great. Easy to remove the meat loaf and no sign of any rust. I like it.
