The best one I could find so far.
So the deal with it...It works as described, I've managed to get everything connected and it seems like it's picking up the right values. The bad stuff:Very poor instructions in incomprehensible English! It isn't water tight. I took this apart and it is essentially and LCD shield on top of a circuit board, with some plastic bits around it. There is no rubber seal of any sort around the inside of the housing, or even an attempt to keep the water out. I'd recommend using some silicon around the inside edge and then bolting it back together. The really bad stuff, because of poor instructions:This is supposed to have a function to match the odometer of your motorcycle. You should be able to set up the mileage, up to the nearest 200miles. This was the reason I bought this. I wanted the mileage to reflect the original. But the instructions are just rubbish. Once I got to the menu the instructions say, press 3 times rapidly, which then locked me out of the setting, since you can only set the odometer once, after which it is hardware locked. There is no way for you to reset the odometer counter, without perhaps bridging pins on the processor or memory on the board, which I don't have the patients and knowledge to do.Responsiveness is on the slow side.

DONT BY LEAKS
Clearly bought off ebay then re sold for 3 times the money , speedo doesn't work , the mechanic has 30 years experience building bikes boats cars and atv. Don't waste your money, leaks and stops after 2 weeks

A lot smaller than it looks
As a cost effective solution to my motorbikes Speedo packing up. I decided to give this a try. It looks nice when lit up but it really is small. But as a stop gap, it will have to do.One thing I will say though is the instruction leaflet must have been written by a small child who has just learnt to talk because the English is absolutely diabolical. Who says to turn the ignition on "Open Switch For 5S" ? You will find the settings menu really difficult to fathom out.Oh and 1 top tip. When it says wheel diameter for the Speedo calibration. Measure the outter circumference of your tyre and input it in millimetres otherwise you will pull your hair out.But for just over 20 quid? It's a gamble. My next speedometer will be an upgrade to something a little more easy to configure.P.S. this unit is NO WAY Water Resistant. There are NO seals anywhere around the casing and it started steaming up on the first venture in to any rain.

Rubbish
Did not work at all wiring was 100% followed and not even a flicker of life . Waist of £40 I couldn't send back because I had to change clip so now I've had to buy anotherI suspect they'd blame me so I've written money off

Its looks and feels good ut there is no real way to attach the magnets
Not really happy about the fact you cant attach the magnets and the instructions are pretty much garbage I suppose you get what you pay for.

Update to review
I’ve changed my review from 1 star to 3 as after a lot of testing and messing I finally got the tachometer working. The lack of instructions with this item obviously really do cause issues. My biggest problem was getting the Rev counter working. Normally one would power the tachometer from the negative connection from the coil. However, with this unit you will need to find your positive connection from the pick up coil at the stator of your motorcycle, this will the provide the pulse signal for the tach. What would a decent set of instructions costs to add to the packaging??

Works but rpm counter is hit and miss
Fairly easy to wire up and works with my current rear wheel speed sensor, only issue is the tachometer. 1 piston setting reads too far high and 2p setting for some reasons works with single piston engine at first but falls out of sync.

That you had something to replace a speedo that is no longer made.
I like the price, and just as important is the size to fit in the aperture on my motorcycle. I have not been able to fit the item hence the middle star rating.
