I used as a cold pack for my ankle. It's very convenient. Becomes cold like ice in an hours time in freezer. It's value for money too.

I write a review after using it for 3 to 4 weeks. In this period, I used it extensively. Due to power outages during monsoon season. I can't use the heat belt which runs on electricity. At that time, this comes to help.It can be used both hot and cold. My mother has Rheumatoid Arthritis, hence it is most helpful for her. Sportspersons can use it too for cramps.It arrived in folded position, but since it's a gel so nothing to worry about. The packaging was good as well.

I used it both as a cold and a hot pack. As a cold pack it is a failure as it gets solid as ice block and not malleable which is required for taking the shape of your body. However the capacity to retain heat or cold is good. I had to use hammer to make it pliable and that punctured the bag which is expected. But without it being pliable it cannot be used as a cold pack if you put it in a freezer

Good product

I have had the transparent blue one previously. The problem with the other one was that the plastic outerbody started tearing due to aeging of plastic after 2 years. The other one is also double in price compared to this one. It still needs to be seen how durable Nilon based packing will be, but from feel, it looks high quality. there are also instructions printed on the surface which is a good thing.
