We have a foam mat but my son would crawl off the foam mat to the carpet and this was a perfect solution! It’s very soft and I like that the carpet comes in gray and white. I just wish that the foam back are gray and white too, they’re all gray. I was hoping to do half carpet and flip the other have to foam to have multiple textures. I had to buy 3 sets since the play yard is 71”x71”.I read some of the reviews about complaining about it being damaged when vacuuming it. I thought it was common sense that these cannot be vacuumed, they’re definitely not going to be as sturdy as regular house carpet.We’ve had this for a month now and it’s still holding up.For routine cleaning, I use a lint brush and for deep cleaning, I shampoo it with baby shampoo.
