Guard balloons missing
We only got the banner, the balloons and the stars. The other balloons were missing. The banner does not look like the one in the picture and the important things (the big balloons of the guards) were not sent which was highly disappointing. The red balloons look very bad quality and have some weird powdery substance on them. There were 14 black balloons and 18 red ones. Do not buy. Waste of money. Will definitely return. The picture is all we got
