Cannot say enough good things about these arch supports. Amazing relief for plantar fasciitis and fallen arches. Super supportive yet soft at the same time. Half the price than other insoles and way better quality. The quality of these supports is top notch. I own 6 pairs and just bought more to replace every sole in my shoe collection. They fit perfectly in Hokas and give the added support. Wear 6.5-7 shoe size and the XS fit like a glove.

So nice to find an insert that works! I'm dealing with plantar fasciitis and have been trying different inserts. Most are for high arches, which I don't have. These are for medium arches. I also tried Walk Hero inserts for medium arches and these Cruv heel are more comfortable for me. The Walk Hero high point seemed too far back. The Cruvs also fit in my shoes better without any rocking side to side. I just ordered 2 more pair to have in different shoes.

I only weigh a little over 200lb but I decided to give these a try. My ankles, heels, left Achilles tendon, and my knees were hurting. I usually get Dr Scholl's for knee and back pain but they didn't work like usual. I'm on my feet for 12 hours a day and I signed up for overtime so I needed something that would work. I decided to order these and give them a try. They were uncomfortable at first but I could tell they were going to help instantly. My pain didn't go away instantly and I used compression sleeves at night while I was sleeping but after a few days my pain was barely noticeable. The main issue I came across is the insoles away from the arch support don't feel like they have any support at all so it feels like I'm just walking on a thin piece of rubber between my foot and the floor. The pain relief I got makes that a minor issue. I ordered new shoes because my shoes are probably just worn out from how much walking I do but these insoles are great while I wait for my new shoes to arrive. If I don't like those insoles I might order more of these.

I highly recommend these insoles and company!!!! I have been wearing these insoles for about 2 years now. They work tremendously well. It helped my plantar fasciitis!!!! I accidentally purchased the wrong size on the prime sale and the price went back to normal after I received them and noticed I ordered the wrong size. I messaged this company and they were amazing, responded quickly and fixed my issue and sent me the correct size!! I will be a life longer customer now!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It looked like the cushion for the foot would help my feet stop hurting, but apparently it did not

Comfortable and good arch support for flat feet that does not hurt!

To be honest; until I was asked to do this review, I forgot I put them in. So far after 1 week, feet & ankles feels much better. I have had a lot of issues with the last several years. I'm wearing them 12-15 hours a day. Which is why I probably forgot I even put them in because my attention isn't being drawn to the pain like before.They are the highest arch support I have found at 1.4". Wish I could get them a little higher, I like to feel a little pressure into my arch like the ones I use to get years ago but for some reason the company discontinued them.I wear a men's 11, I bought the one for 9-10.5 and they fit perfect right out of box, didn't have to do any trimming. I recommend what ever shoe size you wear, go down a half size and buy the ones in that range. you'll have less to no trimming to do.

The inserts are comfortable and I have less plantar fascitis pain. Good fit. I will update from durability. I'm about 250lbs. Time will tell how long arch support remains.
