I am using this to try reducing night sweat. I have been taking this one capsules daily for about a week and it is helping. Within 3 days I began to experience last sweating at night. The only issue i am experience is that it seems to have interfere /delay my monthly circle which is usually on time but I have been late thjs month. I did a little research and discovered this is part of the side effects. I need to space it out , stop using it about 10 days before my next period seems to be the suggestion. I recommend this product and will continue to use.

I would like to say a few things about this product, maybe it will answer a few questions. First of all, I have been taking this product for a year. I am a 55yo female who has always worn a b cup mainly because they didn't have a A1/2. Always been flat chested, and even through pregnancies I never gained a bra size. I STILL wear a B cup, but I fill that sucker out now. I am fuller, denser and heavier. I never knew what jingling was like...lol, but I do now Yes, it has taken a year. But, I wasn't genetically predisposed to having a larger bra size (thanks to taking after my grandma). Anyway, I feel that if you are a female that maybe is sagging or lost your size after breastfeading, this is the product for you! I started taking 1 cap per day, and noticed a slight difference after about 2 months, and increased to 1 cap twice per day. You must massage the area everyday without fail, with your favorite carrier oil. I use sweet almond. Massage them like you are doing an exam, to increase the blood flow. I used to use the Pueraria Mirifica oil to massage them with, but switched to sweet almond because of the price, and have not noticed a difference. I think the key is massage. Also, you might feel a little achyness in the chest, but I read that is normal due to the tissue swelling. The price of this product is good and I trust this brand. Its worth a try, and beats painful surgery. Hope this helps.

This works in combo with other herbs. I like to use with maca and rhodiola. But its effective and cheaper than others

I was taking 4 a day because I’m in menopause…starting off with less hormone now. So I took more to enlarge what I had already. Felt tingling and more heaviness with the girls but constipation and hemmorhoids as well…without even trying.Update: if you have problems with hemorrhoid flareups (inflammation) this may not be for you. Also my breast never increased in size. If you have dense breast (all breasts, no fat) and breast retention issues when you consume Caffeine or carbonates…this may not be for you.

I Wanted to wait to write a review. I've been taking this particular particular type of supplement of supplement for 4 months now. It has been a 100% game changer. From intimacy feeling like sandpaper to being able to at least enjoy my husband once again. We have been married for 30yrs I'm 59. Never thought I would have such a problem but here we are. I take this herb/supplement 2 capsules and broccoli supplement (for estrogen). It can be horrible when your mate wants you and you can't really do anything but bare it :( This has helped in so many ways and I hope this can help someone else too :)

I was a hopeful sissy 4 months ago. Now my breasts have grown I'm beyond happy with the results. I will continue using pueraria until I reach the desired results. I am taking two capsules three times daily with food.There is one natural side effect, except your breast to be tender as they grow.

I’ve been talking PM since 2011 from a different brand 1000 mg as well. Two per day, one in the morning 2 hrs before breakfast with milk or yogurt and one two hrs after dinner, for hormone balance and has been working great, I can feel the therapeutic effects within an hour. No breast enlargement like many people claim though. Just hormone balancing (stop my hair from falling, regulated my periods, regulated my down stairs PH to normal, and helps me tremendously with brain fog). However, I decided to switch because each battle costs me $41 with taxes and shipping and it comes with only 60 capsules. With that being said, I tried this CARLYLE brand because of the price and 120 capsules, but unfortunately DID NOT met the expectations. I took it for 3 days and my hair started to fall again, brain fog came back, and down stairs ph was disrupted. For this reason I rated one star. So, I am returning to the other brand. And I already returned this CARLYLE PM 1000 MG. The capsules are easy to swallow, did not notice a flavor, money value did not matter because they didn’t work for me, arrived on time, got free shipping through prime time trial, easy to return. For customer service I give 5 stars.
