Work great and no sensitivity.

Not saying your teeth will be brilliant white BUT there s definately a significant difference in shades from start to finish. My Husband has used these for years and continues to do so - recommeded

2 stars dropped becausethey don't taste of mint (there is a residual taste left in your mouth even after brushing teeth and tongue with actual toothpaste);Gentle cleaning is too slow (after 10 days of use there's a very slight brightness but it doesn't help with the crud in the crevices - so the overall look is probably worse).No sensitivity caused which is great, I do often suffer with sensitivity.After 7 days of lackluster performance I increased the wear time to 2 hours daily after cleaning with toothpaste.That does work better. Maybe these should be worn overnight but if you swallowed them somehow then , well, that's not worth considering is it.I have tried and returned many sets of strips to Amazon because the description doesn't match the results. Being a Prime member does have advantages. I hope they don't kick me out lol.

This definitely works but it with consistent use. Follow instructions as is and don’t make up your own routine on how to use it. I used it for a full week and could see the difference

Never had issues with enamel before. After using this for the full treatment course with 30 minutes each night I noticed a minimal whitening. During the second week a noticed a chip in the middle of my tooth which has led to more problems getting it repaired. Not sure if it's correlated yet seems to be the case. Very disappointing.

I didn’t find these worked too well, they left white patches on my teeth which did disappear the following day but didn’t whiten my teeth at all, also I found they didn’t stick well to my teeth and they left my mouth sore and sticky, wouldn’t recommend
