I already have two sets of 4' bands and several attachments for various exercises, along with an overhead door jam pull up piece that I wrapped a towel around and then bands around to do lat. pulls, etc. I also have the door inserts with the round stoppers to hook onto. However, theses are faster and easier to insert on both sides of a door, above door use, or where a couple of doors are close, such as bedroom, bath, or AC closet doors. My bands were a bit too long when stretched out. So instead of attaching to the metal clips, I ran them thru the material loops, halving them, and wrapped through again until the desired length. BOTTOM LINE: Fast, easy, effective, and worth the price.

I have to work out at home a lot, and this simple door weight has expanded the number of exercises I’m able to perform. It just slides easily between the door, is very sturdy, and has never caused any damage or markings!

Works as advertised

I have used other door anchors for my resistance bands and tubes but was limited to where I could put them on the door. This anchor can be placed just about anywhere on your door with no problem, making it more versatile. It is also very sturdy. I highly recommend it!

Feels much more robust and reliable than the cheap plastic ones you get with most band kits (or can buy seperately). I was worried it might be too thick webbing too fit in door gap but no problem so far on multiple doors, including a hotel one. Very good!
