Double caution- Please read all the comments- more than one person has experienced skin rashes, burning, pain upon using this product- it must be very strong for some. people. It like a bad sunburn and shows up within a day of use.

I use this at night when my pain is worse and it helps me so much. I can’t sleep without it because the pain is horrible at night. I don’t like the smell but I can handle that for the pain relief that I get. About halfway thru the jar I put more frankincense oil in it because it thought that it would help even more and it actually did give a little more relief. I’m about to order another jar of it because I have used this one all up.

This is probably okay for minor muscle aches but for deep rooted pain, especially in a hard to reach area, you must first wash the area. Being a caregiver and a senior, it was not convenient to me to have to repeatedly seek help for someone to wash my lower back and apply the gel. Probably good for knees and legs, hands and feet.

Great product I cannot take aspirin ibuprofen any of that stuff it’s blown my stomach out years of being an athlete. You should never take this crap. Anyways this is a great alternative that with Voltaren that you can get from the pharmacy for $10 a bottle it bypasses the liver and all your systems your stomach. Oh, it’s so fabulous, both are great options with digestive enzymes on an empty stomach. You don’t have to be a slave to this industry and you don’t have to be unhealthy because of it either. I’m not kidding so many people have bleeding, ulcers and stomachs and they have leaky gut syndrome because of ibuprofen for years don’t do it .
