This is a costly product with no accountability. I got the packet which was not sealed. The bottle was half empty. The item is not returnable. I have used the same product in my past and the smell also is not the same. I love the product but people should buy from a more trusted source.

Unsure of the retinol strength which is a big no no. Plus while the application style looks modern, it gets dirty quick.
