Great durable backpack
I love the design, but it's for a larger framed guy than myself.

best multipurpose canteen pouch ever made.
I got tired of waiting for coyote to come back into stock, so I ordered the green. I'm super happy with the size and quality of this pouch. fits a USGI type canteen, cup, stove, lid, spork with a little extra room in the main pouch, and the side-saddle pouches fit an alcohol stove, small fuel bottle, coffee packets, fire building gear, etc. very well. most canteen pouches are too snug, this one is near perfect in sizing. Great for day hikes and bushcraft, worth the money!

Overall Great Day Bag
I was looking for a smaller bag to bring with me when I go for short hikes with my dog and after several people recommended the Helikon-Tex Bushcraft Kitbag I watched a review and decided to purchase it.As you can see in the pictures it has the main compartment, two front pockets, a pocket in the back and a shoulder strap. There is also a pocket inside the top flap and a small pocket in the front center which isn't really usable with a canteen inside. The bottom of the back pocket is Velcro which allows it to be “opened” and used to carry a hatchet. The main pocket fit my 28 ounce canteen with nesting stove and cup very snugly, in fact it was so tight I gave up trying to take it out and carried a piece of rubber tubing to use as a straw. After talking to a buddy, I bought the 39 ounce Pathfinder canteen and kit and it fit much better in the main compartment, as if the bag was made to fit the Pathfinder canteen. So the first point to consider is that if you don’t already have a Pathfinder canteen you’ll likely end up purchasing one to use with this bag.The pocket inside the top is small but large enough for a small first-aid kit.The two outside pockets are larger. In one I put some essentials which include: a phone charger, Essential/Fire kit, Swiss Army knife and mini prybar, sponge, dish soap, extra boot lace and toilet paper. The other outside pocket is what I use to carry my lunch and a couple of handwipes. The back pocket I use to carry an ESEE 4. I was concerned that, while hiking, my knife would eventually pop through the Velcro bottom and get lost on a trail so I made a custom sheath that securely attaches the knife and sheath to the D-ring. This is another point to consider when purchasing this bag, the back pocket is designed to carry a hatchet or something lightweight like folded up maps. The strap that comes with this bag is short, even when extended to its maximum length, it is too short to be comfortably carried crossbody. I believe the designers intended the bag to be carried with the strap slung over one shoulder, which I found gets uncomfortable after a few miles, so I added a shamagh for padding which makes a huge difference. I also attached a compass and braided some paracord on the strap just in case I ever need it. You may find that you need to add padding like I did or find a larger strap.I had a Maxpedition pouch I wasn’t using so I attached that to the front of the bag and use that pouch to store an epi pen, snacks, pen and flashlight.Overall I am very satisfied with this bag, very close to what I was looking for and, with a little customization, it works perfectly. The material and stitching are durable and the price was very good. Four out of five stars only because I think the main compartment should be an inch wider and the strap should be longer.

Makes a great stem bag for my eBike!
Probably not the intended use for this lil guy, but I picked this up with the intention to add a little storage to my eBike. The back side of the bag has several different attachment options which made it a breeze to anchor to the stem on my bike frame. I did have to use an 3rd party Velcro strap to attach it, but it very stoked at how it turned out! It can easily fit my water bottle, snacks, multi-tool, and my phone. The strap that comes with it is also great. (Straps on bags like these are very hit or Miss!) I love the design so much, I might pick up another one all together to rock my every day carry. (Multi-cam Black, please!?)

Well Constructed.
Ammo carrier. Stout, well constructed. Small, but enough for a grab and go for EDC essentials. Highly recommend.
