I bought the sleekeez for my horse - same thing, basically, but it rusted in my tack trunk. Is the Highland Farms shedder blade stainless steel?

According to my personal metallurgist (husband), stainless steel doesn’t rust. No idea what metal combination was used to fabricate it. But it’s been useful on my cat & dog but especially on my vehicle carpet.
