How big are the softgels?

There are a couple of Life Extension supplement capsules that I am not able to swallow. So I do not like giant capsules. Fortunately, I have no trouble swallowing these Super Omega capsules. I take them two and three, one after the other, with my last meal of the day. Yes, they are large, but if I can take them with no trouble maybe you can also.

I can be wrong but I think the added flavor is natural and I think it is lemon, probably added so if you burp the fishy taste is camouflaged. Maltodextrin as I’m Sure you have researched is a highly process plant based ingredient. Personally, I do t think it will detract from the healthy benefits.

Give your joints a treat

Did my research on the best fish oil and this was number 1. My knees have started to ache because I have been a hairstylist for 35 wearing heels. I have noticed that in one month my knees don’t ache getting out of bed. I’m on subscription so I never run out.

Updated - Got some defective bottles I think

Update - after saying I never would buy these again I tried once more after finding other products suffered the same problems and didn't match the quality overall. There was not a third bad batch, all is well again. With Amazon refunding the bad bottles I've had my confidence restored. One star off for the occasional issues though.Original review:First three orders these were fine, but on the last one there was a foul-smelling orange oily residue all over the inside of the bottle and on the capsules. I got a replacement from Amazon, thinking it was a one-off bad batch off the line. When I opened the replacement bottle the smell hit like a smack in the face, more oily residue everywhere inside. Not sure what's going on, but I can't order these ever again. I'm seeing now in other reviews it's not an isolated thing. So, buyer beware, this company needs to up their quality control.

Life Extension Fan, not this one

I’m a big fan of Life Extensions. I have things on autoship from them for years and trust this company. For Omega-3, I’ve always used Nordic Naturals for the past couple of decades. I heard that it’s good to switch brands around for supplements, so I tried this from one of my favorite companies. Uh…. What a let down!!! Gosh this is THE hardest supposedly gel cap I have ever swallowed in my life. Maybe a horse can easily handle it? I literally choke every time and feel like dying. Never buying again. Back to Nordic.
