Update: Well unfortunately water started coming out from under the hot tub, then there was a tear and now the air is coming out, I contacted the company, they were great before in replacing the lights, and after a few attempts, they FINALLY ANSWERED- AND THEY SENT ME A COMPLETE UNIT REPLACEMENT!!! I'M A HAPPY CUSTOMER :) They have great customer service, you just need to go through their website directly and activate your warranty and if there's any problem then you just email them directly through their website customer service link and they will help you, really help you.*This is a great hot tub, easy to set up even though the manual is for different hot tubs, but you get the idea once you keep reading and then you'll see is instructions for not just one type of hot tub, I love the lights but sadly it didn't work only a quarter is on, so I went to their website and submitted my proof of purchase and I was told I will get another set of lights, so that's great, just waiting on it, and the bubbles omg so many it embraces you and feels like a super relaxing massage, it does take a while to heat up (about 24 to 48 hours) but once is hot it stays, it comes with everything, filters, cover, mat for the floor, is very complete, sturdy, I was looking for a hot tub for a while and this is super nice. You do sit on the floor but it feels padded, so is actually completely comfortable, there is a pad on the bottom that feels soft and cushioning. Is been a about 5 months we have this hot tub and is so nice, specially after a day of work or pain in the joints or my back or hips (I work sitting on a desk for several hours) this is just a great help to sooth my body aches.UPDATE: I received my light replacement and they work, finally!!UPDATE: My last lights stopped working and I JUST GOT A NEW REPLACEMENT- THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT!!!

Easy setup but over three weeks of setup it has only heated up to 99 at the most for one night. Currently it states the water is 100 degrees but it is actually 70. The cover is cheap and ineffective so we bought a thermal liner at $150 from another company. The cover works well but the hot tub stopped heating shortly after. Setting up a refund hopefully.

Got this delivered and had it up in no time. Very simple to set up and the quality of the material is impressive. I was afraid it would be a thin material. I wasn’t disappointed with the quality. This is the perfect size for my atrium. I had a hard time finding a 5x5 hot tub. This was the perfect fit. Love the LED lights that set the mood. I will be using this hot tub a lot. This was my 1st big purchase of 2024 and I’m ecstatic I bought this.

I really wanted to like this tub. I have had the intex round 4 person in the past. This tub is lacking in quality of both design and materials.The design ohaving the pump inside seems nice, but I think they sacrificed power for space. The filters aren't powerfully enough to keep up with the amount of water that needs filtered. Additionally, the lighting system is placed underneath the tub, so all the weight of the tub is resting on it. Finally, the whole tub does not hold its shape when filled..As for materials, the actual tub itself seemed thin and not very durable in the inside. The lighting system is just a cheap strip light that is placed underneath the tub around the edge. Half of the lights didnt work right feom the start. The filter system was intermittent as was the heater.Overall, the tub is of lesser quality of intex tubs and the design has alot of room for improvement. For the price, there are better tubs and I would not buy this tub again.

The lights only worked during first use. The next day the lights no longer worked. Disappointed as we like to use it in the evening.

Honestly, I don't think you'll find a better deal in this type of hot tub. It heated up in about 8 hours and then---those lights! THere's nothing like sitting around on a starry night, with light colors fading from yellow green blue purple red orange, drinking whatever from a floating bar (sold separately)...with your special babe. The lights really set this one apart. Throw in some bluetooth music...that's more sensations than I can handle. Mind blown. Sessual overload!Some complaints: I had a light failure early on, then the control board malfunctioned. Customer service resolved both of these quickly. The manual could use some work, especially on how to install the lights. Anyway, I eventually worked it out. The website makes it difficult to find the product. You can find it by searching the product number. Otherwise it doesn't show up.Update: After about 6 months, the strapping that is used for the pool handles and to hold the cover on has shown noticeable deterioration, and has broken in a couple of instances. Obviously the strapping was not UV-resistant. This is something the manufacturer should resolve.I just want to thank their customer service for resolving these few quirks. Would order again.
