Genuine Military MRE Meal with Inspection Date September 2017 or Newer (Cheese tortellini)

My husband always loves to eat these!

I tried this as an experiment while on a ski trip. Even though I thought it was expensive, the main entree was very good and filling.

The food was outstanding,came well packaged and well prepared,but I wasn’t too happy about the flavor. I personally won’t pick the tortellini and I love tortellini

First off I've always want to get my hands on an mre and let me tell you these bad boys are so awesome to handle ame experience let alone the flavor in them are amazing I got the chicken burrito bowl and the tortelloni and they were delicious couldn't complain about a single thing

It seems like everything is not there when I opened it up it was only three things in the sealed brown bag

In the packaging on Amazon, it looks quite abundant and I have found this to be true with a lot of pictures of these MRE’s where they set them up to look like you get a bunch of food and really it’s minimal. Yes I know it’s survival food to my critics out there, but I find this to be true and when they present their product, it should be in a truthful and transparent way, it is difficult to buy MRE‘s that are labeled with what they are I guess in an emergency it really doesn’t matter as long as you have food ! But for all our buggies out there, we need to know what we’re getting as a mom

I love the simple and compact size for a bug out bag or camping. Taste is great!! I wish they were a tad cheaper so I can try them all. I will be purchasing again!!

I can’t rate these own flavor because I haven’t tried them yet. To me they weren’t worth the money that I paid for one I thought it was maybe for a couple but it was for one and I didn’t get all the items that were shown on the picture I didn’t get the M&Ms/Reese‘s pieces I don’t remember exactly what it was but I know it was one or the other silver value I can’t give it a big scar either because it definitely wasn’t worth what I paid.
