Good tool, good price
Working as a mechanic in the rental industry, I have a wide array of equipment to maintain. I need a whole lot of reliable tools to do my job. This isn't one of the tools I need daily, but when I need it, it is easy to use and accurate. It's got plenty of bits. The hand-feel is good. Have and will continue to recommend to other mechanics that work on my fleet

It'll Probably Be OK
I bought it to install scope/rings on my rifles (and maybe other future gun-smithing type work), and to fill a hole in my tool collection. It seems well-made, and it works. It clicks and slips when the desired torque is reached, and I didn't snap any fasteners or break the scope mount, so I'm happy. My happiness is of paramount importance. I recommend running it up and down through the torque settings (per the supplied microscopic instructions), and testing it on something you don't care about BEFORE you use it on something you DO care about. As with all torque measuring/limiting hand tools, return it to zero when you're done with it. I hope I have been helpful. ;)
