Finally found what I have been looking for, for my home gym/office. I do wish the muscle traget visuals were a little more enlarged or better contrast, still great product. Followed the advice for “quicker straightening”, 100% worth it. Almost thought I had received a double of one sheet, before realizing they were double sided. Quality is flawless. Stacked 2x2 on top of each other takes up about 4 ft w x6 ft t.

These are excellent high quality laminated posters. The detail on the muscle poster is pretty good, though the cutaway could have provided more detail of the erector spinae muscle which is important to people working to develop their upper body strength.Key point - they posters are double sided, so you may have to compromise on how you hang the poster. For instance, the bar bell and dumbbell poster have the dumbbell and bar bell on the back respectively, so that's easy. But the body-weight exercise and kettlebell exercises are on the same poster, so if you're into kettlebells, you can't be into body weight exercise and vice versa. The anatomical muscle and skeletal chart are on the same poster, so you have to choose there as well. But, honestly, at this price if any of this is an issue, just order a second set. Totally worth it.

These are perfect for my at home gym. Easy visual on the walls and easy to read. My husband and I are happy with our purchase!

These charts just round out a home gym. Fantastic value for the money.

Good size for easy to read. Variety of workouts and is great for learning the muscles you are using or want to use.

The size of the poster is perfect for my home gym. My only complaint is that it's printed on both sides, so I have to decide which is more important to display for my kids to read and follow. Correction, my kids pointed out to me that 2 was identical posters so that was a plus.
