How do I get them to stand up?

We didn’t try to make them stand. We put them on a mobile.

I bought 2 boxes I need 2 sided is there any way I can buy the other pieces to make them 2 sided?

I don’t believe they would match.

How big are the finished products?

They range in size from about 3 inches to 6 inches long/ wide, but they are not overly thick. You can't really stuff them with too much fluff, as it then becomes very difficult to sew them shut. I would say maximum thickness when done is not much more than an inch. They're really great though! My 4yr old and 8 yr old had a lot of fun putting them together, and I've gifted it to several friends with children. All gave positive feedback.

The dark brown overlay felt piece for the deer is missing from our kit. Is there a way to get that piece?

I would go to your Amazon orders and return the item as defective and ask for a new one. Amazon has great costumer service and will take care of it. Or if you have already completed several of the animals find Amazon’s contact info on their webpage and call them. They will find a solution.
