Exactly what it says on the pack. Had it for breakfast after a bowl of porridge. The combo filled me up for the next 8 hours. It is hot though so be careful :)

Very tasty!
I've given these five stars because they're very tasty. I personally don't think they're very hot, but i'm told i've burned my taste buds off because I eat so much spicy food, so they might be hot to you. Nice with sliced pepperoni and a few frozen peas thrown in during cooking.

Simply the best
Have been eating these for years from Tesco usually. But they were on offer on Amazon so purchased the box which is what i usually get from Tesco. Never disappointed in these but they are very spicy any flavoursome unlike some of the other noodle selections, personally i prefer them over balduk or buldak or whatever they are called.
