Effective switch.
A very nice switch that's about the size of a pack of cards (a little longer and a little thinner). The remote works well. One feature I like is that when you turn on a device it will auto switch to that one if that's the only device that's on. If you have 2 (it can handle 3 units) devices on, it stays with the one you have selected. This one was perfect for switching my computers to the large monitor (37").

Compact and super useful for gaming
This thing is nice and compact. It comes with a remote control which is nice handy. I use for switching signal sources from my consoles to pc. No more unplugging and plugging in one hdmi. So happy with this purchase.

Works like a champ.
The connectors look and feel better than average and the remote actually works well. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that it is so small that it doesn't stay in place easily...I'll just stick some double sticky tape on it to see if that cures the issue....

Full metal case
It came shipped with a case of heavy cans, and the product box was somewhat smashed. As the body is all metal, the switch was completely fine. The remote is somewhat cheap, but the auto works perfectly, so you don't even need it. It does also have a select button on the front, so another reason not to need the remote. It has a power port, but it can receive power from the hdmi cables, and works without issue. (I think you'll only need to plug it in if your devices can't provide enough power.)Overall, I'm pretty satisfied, and wouldn't change anything besides the remote. Will update if it stops working.

Good value - work well.
I bought 2 of these and they seem to be working very well with multiple connections so far with no problems.

Does the job....with one problem
Cool little thing but I am experiencing one small technical peeve. Sooooo I will upload photos later regarding this little doooo hicky but look. It gets the job done. I've had it for a couple months now but there seems to be some small picture issue (A long line across the top of my TV and only when using a device off of this switch) and it doesn't matter which input I'm in. I've tried different cables, devices and all that sort. I even plugged in the micro usb to usb-a connector and still shooting the same thing. It only happens when there is motion on the screen that is probably to fast for it? Don't really know why as the devices are only 60hz and can't go above that. So look, in essence it's a good product. It's not a deal breaker for me but I know some folks pull their teeth out of their canals over picture quality. It still gives me all the resolution I need. I'll still use it as I'm frugal AF and I can ignore it enough. It doesn't seem like a whole lotta other peeps have this problem but I'm not about to open this thing and play doctor either. Good luck fellow sapiens.

Stay away from this especially since there are so many comparatively priced products
It worked ok for under a week and then the problems started. I only have Playstation and Shield on 2 out of 3 inputs and only output leading to my projector. 4k/hdr works but at some point during the day it would decide humans had enough entertainment and would enjoy watching black screen instead. I disabled auto on the very first day since it would also randomly just switch outputs in the middle of a movie. Then it would produce black screen when switching or turning it on and only remedy would be to unplug ALL of the hdmi cables from it so it could reset, since it draws power from any hdmi cable and not just from optional microUSB power cable. On average would have to unplug/replug once a day so it would work again. But today it just decided to stop working altoghether - my projector keeps searching and finding no signal even though both inputs are running. So to summarize- started misbehaving almost immediately with random switching(remedied by turning auto off). About a week into the ownership it would stop sending any signal(remedied by unpluging everything from the little box, waiting about 30seconds and replugging). Finally on the 40th day since purchase(aka 10 days after return window closed although Amazon graciously made an exception) it stopped sending any signal out at all and would not start working no matter what i tried(remedied by chucking it into trash and ordering a different company).Forgot to mention - remote will not work further than 1 foot away even with the straight shot with no blockers but somehow that gets lost with all the other bugs this has.

Exactly what I was looking for
I use two external monitors with three inputs (my desktop computer, my personal laptop, and my work laptop). The first HDMI switch I tried kept sensing a signal from one of the other inputs and auto-switching away from the input I was using. I love that this switch has auto switching but also the ability to turn it off by simply pressing a button on the remote.I bought two of these (one for each monitor), and now I can press one button on the remote to change both monitors to the same input, or press the switcher button on the front of the unit if I only want one monitor for one of the inputs.I also love the clean design, where all of the cables connect in the back instead of sticking out of the sides and front. Nicely done! And, I just realized the power button lets me shut off the input to the monitors to turn them off at night without having to put my computer to sleep or shutting it down. Very handy.
